Eligibility
You must be a Lebanese citizen 
You must be less than 64 years of age at the end of the loan period
Monthly payment should not exceed one-third of your salary if you’re an employee or one-quarter of your income if you’re self-employed
 
Required Documents

For loans taken for residential use:
1. Copy of Valid Photo ID or Passport
2. Proof of income
3. Proof of residence
4. Pro forma invoice

 

For loans taken for business use:
1. Official company documents
2. Copy of Valid Photo ID for authorized signatory(ies)
3. Financials (balance sheet, income statement) for the past 2 years minimum 
4. Pro forma invoice

 
Conditions and Guarantees

Available only in LBP
Life insurance covering the whole loan contracted with ADIR, a member of the Byblos Bank Group, for loan amounts greater than LBP 15 million

The Bank has the right to request additional guarantees in certain cases
