Once you have accumulated the necessary miles, the process of redemption is as follows:

1-Contact Byblos Bank Customer Service and ask for the redemption;

2-The amount charged for taxes should be available in your Fresh current account to proceed with booking;

3-You will receive the ticket(s) by email.

The miles accumulated will expire after 3 years of the first day of accumulation.

Insurance & Assistance:

Rental Car Collision Damage Waiver: In the event a cardholder is liable to reimburse a licensed rental agency for costs arising from material damage to a Rental Vehicle resulting from damage, fire, vandalism, or theft of the Rental Vehicle during a Covered Trip.

Multi-trip travel insurance: With multi-trip travel insurance, the Cardholder and their families are covered on all trips with a maximum trip duration of 90 days; covering personal accidents, emergency medical expenses, trip cancellation/curtailment, loss of personal belongings, missed departure, delayed departure, baggage delay. Covers Cardholder, spouse and up to 5 children; Maximum age limit 80. Restricted age limit for children.

Event Ticket Cancellation: Cardholders will be reimbursed if they cannot attend an event (such as a sporting occasion, music concert, exhibition, etc.) as a result of certain unavoidable circumstances including unforeseen serious illness, injury or death, or other circumstances.

Medical & travel assistance: When travelling, cardholders can benefit from a travel assistance and will always have access to the help they need through telephone medical advice, monitoring of medical condition pre- & post hospitalization, essential medicine and equipment delivery, and other.
