How Does the Recruitment Process Work?

    Screening and Testing Phase

  • Our dedicated Talent Acquisition team carefully reviews all submitted CVs.
  • Candidates with little or no experience may be invited to take an Ability Test to assess their skills.
  • Experienced and highly qualified candidates advance directly to the Behavioral Assessment Phase.

 

    Behavioral Assessment Phase

  • Selected candidates participate in an initial Behavioral Interview with our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Reference checks and prior employment performance evaluations are conducted.
  • The most suitable candidates proceed to the Technical Assessment Phase, while others are notified of their application status.

 

    Technical Assessment Phase

  • Depending on the position, candidates may be required to complete Technical Tests and interviews with hiring managers.
  • Applicants who demonstrate the best fit for the role are selected for the final stage.

 

    Hiring Phase

  • Successful candidates receive an offer and begin the onboarding process.
  • Candidates who are not selected are notified in writing.
