Under Lebanese law and the regulations of the Central Bank and the Banking Control Commission, Byblos Invest Bank S.A.L. is a specialized institution: its main objectives are to allow customers to benefit from attractive interest rates on term deposits for periods longer than six months, a nd to provide medium- and long-term loans to new and expanding companies.

In addition to ongoing Treasury activities, Byblos Invest Bank S.A.L. offers the following services through its Investment Banking Department: Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Company Valuation, Company Restructuring, and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, Byblos Invest Bank can be instrumental in mobilizing funds (debt, equity, and quasi-equity) through private placement memorandums, as well as in matchmaking between potential investors and sellers.
