Eligibility
You must be a member of the Iraqi Doctors Syndicate, the Iraqi Dental Association, or the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate
You must be residing and working in Iraq, and have at least four years of experience in the industry
Your net monthly income should be at least USD 1,000 (or equivalent in IQD) for single applicants or USD 1,500 for married applicants
Monthly payment should not exceed 25% of your salary if you’re an employee or 20% of your income if you’re self-employed
You must be less than 60 years of age at the end of the loan period
Conditions and Guarantees
Life insurance contracted through ADIR, a member of the Byblos Bank Group, covering the entire loan amount
Guarantees set by the Bank depending on loan amount and loan purpose. Loans can be granted against cash collateral, with a spread of just 4% between the rate you pay on your loan and the rate you earn on your deposit
Expert fees (applicable in cases where loan includes mortgage)

The Bank has the right to request additional guarantees in certain cases
