Copy of company’s circular, certificate from the commercial court, and copy of company’s bylaws (if any) 5. Extract of Register of Commerce 6. Documents proving place of work (Copy of leasing or investment contract, etc.)
On The Property 1. Copy of seller’s ID 2. Copy of authenticated allotment plan 3. Copy of the title deed of the plot 4. Real estate certificate of the plot to be purchased with the loan and for the common sections (issued within past 30 days) 5. Zoning and planning certificate (if notes exist on the real estate certificate) 6.
